Use of Services

Hardware and Software
NUWINZ may provide POS hardware devices and software applications. Customers are responsible for maintaining secure access and using the systems in accordance with applicable laws.
Payment Processing
Payment processing is provided through integrated third‑party providers. NUWINZ does not directly store full card information and acts only as a technology provider for payment integrations.
Third‑Party Integrations
Our platform may integrate with delivery services, marketing platforms, and other business tools. Use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms.
